By downloading, installing, or using Eltizami ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Eltizami is a daily habit tracking application that allows you to:

Create and track daily habits
Monitor streaks and completion rates
Track mood and its connection to habits
Earn XP points and level up through a gamification system
Receive smart predictions about habit patterns
Link habits to prayer times (optional)
View statistics and progress charts

3. User Accounts

Eltizami does not require account registration. All data is stored locally on your device.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers premium features through in-app purchases:

Monthly subscription
Yearly subscription
Lifetime purchase

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Premium users enjoy an ad-free experience.

6. Data and Privacy

Your habit data, mood entries, and progress are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to external servers. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" for personal use. The mood tracking and prediction features are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional mental health advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
