1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using QR Pro Scanner, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Service

Permitted Use

• Scan QR codes and barcodes for personal or commercial use
• • Generate QR codes for lawful purposes

  • • Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws

    • Prohibited Use

    • • Do not use the app for illegal activities
      • • Do not scan QR codes from untrusted sources

        • • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

          • 3. User Responsibility

          • • You are responsible for QR codes you generate
            • • We are not responsible for content accessed through scanned QR codes

              • • Exercise caution when scanning QR codes from unknown sources

                • 4. In-App Purchases

                • • Pro Version: $2.99 USD (one-time purchase)
                  • • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
                    • • Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account
                      • • Pro features are unlocked permanently after purchase

                        • • Restore purchases option available in Settings

                          • 5. Advertisements

                          • • Free version displays advertisements via Google AdMob
                            • • Ads are removed after purchasing the Pro version

                              • • We do not control ad content displayed by third-party networks

                                • 6. Intellectual Property

                                • • QR Pro Scanner and all its content are owned by Mohammed Abdullah

                                  • • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission

                                    • 7. Limitation of Liability

                                    • • The app is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
                                      • • We are not liable for damages resulting from app use
                                        • • We are not responsible for malicious content accessed via QR codes

                                          • • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the app

                                            • 8. Privacy

                                            • Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy.

                                            • 9. Changes to Terms

                                            • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

                                            • 10. Termination

                                            • We may terminate or suspend access to the app at any time without prior notice for conduct that violates these terms.

                                            • 11. Governing Law

                                            • These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
