QR code and barcode scanning capabilities
QR code generation with custom colors (Pro feature)
Scan history management
Ad-free experience (Pro feature)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not use the App to scan or create malicious QR codes
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use the App in any way that could harm others

4. In-App Purchases

QR Pro Scanner offers the following subscription options:

Monthly Pro: $0.99/month - Auto-renewable subscription
Yearly Pro: $4.99/year - Auto-renewable subscription (Save 58%)
Lifetime Pro: $9.99 one-time purchase

            Subscription Terms:
            Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods

Pro subscribers receive:

Ad-free experience
Unlimited scan history
Custom QR code colors
Priority support

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
All QR codes will be readable
Generated QR codes will be scannable by all devices

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

Loss of data or scan history
Inability to access the App
Any content accessed through scanned QR codes

9. Third-Party Links

QR codes you scan may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these websites. Access them at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
