Delete Kaatib Account and Data

This page applies to the Kaatib app by MoApps Studio.

Delete in the app

1. Open Kaatib and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then the account section.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm the final warning.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email myappdv@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Kaatib account deletion request.” We may request reasonable verification to protect the account.

Data deleted

• Your Supabase account, user identifier, email, and optional display name.
• Saved works, including user inputs and generated results.
• Synced stamp and signature images and their metadata.
• Account-linked usage-limit and rewarded-ad records.
• The RevenueCat customer association and subscription data that may legally be deleted.

Partial deletion without closing the account

You can delete individual saved works and stamps in the app. You can also email us to request deletion of a specific data category without closing your account.

Timing and retained data

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Limited transaction records may be retained when required by law or app-store obligations. Apple or Google may retain purchase records under their independent policies.
