1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Kaatib app, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Kaatib is an AI-powered app that assists with writing in Arabic, offering:
- 15 professional writing tools
- Official letters with print-ready PDF export
- Text editing and proofreading services
- Custom content creation
- Exclusive features for subscribers
Note: Tools and features are subject to change between versions as announced within the app.
3. Subscriptions
Free:
- 3 daily requests + 6 by watching ads (maximum 9 per day)
- Professional stamp tool
- 3 free official letters with PDF (one-time credit, non-renewable)
Kaatib Pro (SAR 19.99 / month):
- Unlimited usage with no ads
- Unlimited official letters with PDF
- Longer outputs
- Save all works
Kaatib Pro Plus (SAR 49.99 / month):
- All Kaatib Pro features
- More powerful and accurate AI model
- Automatic stamp and signature on official letters
- Smart text cleaner
- Longest outputs
⚠️ Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions renew automatically every month. You can cancel at any time from your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
4. Upgrading Between Plans (Prorated Billing)
When upgrading from Pro to Pro Plus:
- Apple calculates the remaining value of your current subscription
- That value is deducted from the price of the new plan
- A new subscription period begins from the upgrade date
This process is handled automatically by Apple according to App Store policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You are prohibited from using Kaatib to:
- Create illegal or offensive content
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Spread misleading information
- Abuse any person or entity
- Attempt to hack or modify the app
- Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
6. Usage Limits
Free Version:
- 3 daily requests + 6 by watching ads (maximum 9 per day)
- Counter resets every day
- Official letters: 3 free letters (one-time credit, does not renew daily) — after that, a Pro subscription is required
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The app and all its content (code, design, logo, text) are the exclusive property of MoApps Studio. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement.
As for user content (your texts, your stamps): you retain all rights.
8. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Kaatib is subject to the following:
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying content before using it
- It may contain inaccurate information (AI is not infallible)
- We do not guarantee absolute quality of outputs
- Religious use (such as sermons) requires review by a qualified scholar
9. Advertisements
The free version uses Google AdMob advertisements to fund the service. Ads may be personalized according to your preferences (you can control this in iOS settings).
10. Disclaimer of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Data loss
- AI errors
- Decisions you made based on generated content
11. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the service
12. Modification of Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use means you agree to the modifications.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent Saudi courts.
